MBody Yoga classes provide the ultimate experience for those who are ready to tap into their inner-power. Based upon the Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Method, this practice is a combination of different traditions of yoga, creating a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. The multi-level flow allows for beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Each class is taught in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. This practice will torch your calories, tone your body, and relax your mind.

Hour of Power & Power Vinyasa

Our Hour of Power (60min), and Power Vinyasa (90min) classes are a challenging and flowing form of yoga suitable for students of all levels. These classes can be modified as the student sees fit.

Power Yoga Basics

Based upon the same sequence found in our Hour of Power and Power Vinyasa classes, Power Yoga Basics pays special attention to the building blocks of your yoga practice. This class has a tendency to move at a slower pace with special emphasis given to healthy alignment and modifications.
